Annual paid in full membership is available to:

• employees who are paid by the University of Nottingham
• employees of Nottingham Venues
• staff members employed on a casual basis (minimum 3 month employment contract) - please contact our Membership Officer on to purchase

Annual paid in full memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note, this membership starts from the date of joining and will not automatically renew. Staff health and fitness vouchers - 12 voucher

Our new Staff Health and Fitness vouchers offer a flexible way to access our award-winning health and fitness facilities. For just £50 you can purchase 12 vouchers - an exclusive discount on our Pay as You Go prices.

Your vouchers allow access to all activities included in our standard staff membership including our fitness suites, classes, swimming pool, health and wellbeing suite, climbing wall and indoor courts.

You can use your vouchers at David Ross Sports Village, Jubilee sports centre, Sutton Bonington sports centre or Kings Meadow Campus fitness suite and redeem up to 2 vouchers per day.

The vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Staff Disability Referral memberships

New members

Disabled University of Nottingham staff who have never held a membership previously and wish to join, may be eligible for a discounted sport and fitness membership membership through the disability referral scheme. For more information about how to apply, please contact our Disability Sport Officer at adam.lever@nottingham.ac.uk.

Returning members

If you have held a disability referral membership in the past, you can renew your membership online by following the link below. Once you have logged into your account - if your current account is showing "UoN Pending Renewal - 50% Staff" you are eligible for the disability discounted membership.

Direct relatives

Staff sports and fitness members may add up to three friends and family members to their membership at any one time. These friends and family members will pay the same annual / monthly membership fee for our staff package.

We also offer discounted membership for children (aged under 16) of our staff sports and fitness members.

Enrolment for both offers may be completed at any of our sports centres - the current sports and fitness member must be present at the time of joining. Linked membership is available for friends and family aged 16+.

If you would like to join as a direct relative, please visit a sports centre of your choice, the staff member who you are related to has to be present on the first visit only.

Pay As You Go Membership

Our Pay as You Go offer allows you to use facilities at David Ross Sports Village, Jubilee Sports Centre and Sutton Bonington Sports Centre. You can book and pay for a single activity at a time - choose from working out in our fitness suite, taking a dip in the pool and much much more!

• There is a £10 annual joining fee for Pay as You Go customers
• Off-peak prices are £7.00 per person
• Peak prices are £8.00 per person
