Guest tickets

Each graduating student attending a ceremony is entitled to two free guest tickets as long as you register by 12 noon on 13 June. You will still need to order these tickets when you register. A link to our ticket partner, Ede and Ravenscroft, will be included in the registration form.

Guest tickets will be issued in the form of wristbands which will allow each guest entry to the ceremony hall. All tickets and guest wristbands will be issued as part of the student check-in process on the day of your ceremony.

Children under the age of two can sit on the lap of the accompanying adult and don't require their own ticket.

 

Extra tickets

Depending on availability, extra guest tickets may be available to purchase from 19 to 27 June. The sale dates for additional tickets are based on your ceremony date:

Important information:

  • Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are, unfortunately, not guaranteed. The number of tickets you can purchase will depend on how busy your ceremony is.
  • For those attending the quiet ceremony, only one additional guest ticket can be purchased due to the limited size of the venue.
  • Tickets cost £24 each, and payment can only be made by card.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and are for your use only. It is your responsibility to purchase the correct tickets for your ceremony. See our terms and conditions (1.5) for more information. 

If any tickets remain after this round of sales, they will be available to purchase in person on the day of your ceremony. Please note that payment on the day will also be by card only.

Live stream tickets

The ceremonies will be streamed live on the day, and live stream tickets will be available to purchase for guests to watch the event in the screening room at East Midlands Conference Centre on University Park Campus. Tickets will be available to purchase closer to the date and on the day of your ceremony.
