Before you join us for one final celebration there are a few things you must do to prepare for your graduation ceremony.
Registration
You must register your choice of how you would like graduate before your results are published.
An invitation to register will be sent to your university email address and your personal email address if you have one on record. Registration opens at 10am on 23 April and closes at 5pm on 7 June.
You will then be able to log in to NottinghamHub and click on the graduation tile to complete the registration form.
You will have three options to choose from:
- Attend your graduation ceremony - come and celebrate with us!
- Defer your graduation - if you can't make your summer ceremony, you can choose to defer and attend your ceremony at a later date. If you choose to defer your graduation, you will not receive your certificate until your chosen graduation date.
- Graduate in absentia - if you decide not to attend a ceremony, you will graduate in absentia and have your certificate posted to you after the ceremony.

As part of registration, you are able to select up to two free guest tickets for loved ones to attend and celebrate with you. Where available, extra tickets may be available to purchase from 10am on Tuesday 18 June.
