Guest tickets 

Each graduating student attending a ceremony is entitled to two free guest tickets as long as you register by 5pm on 8 November. You will still need to apply for these when you register.

Guest tickets will be issued in the form of wristbands which will allow each guest entry to the ceremony hall. All tickets and guest wristbands will be issued as part of the student check-in process on the day of your ceremony.

Children under the age of two can sit on the lap of the accompanying adult and don't require their own ticket.

Extra tickets

Depending on availability, extra guest tickets may be available to purchase via NottinghamHub between 19-23 November. The sale dates for additional tickets are based on your ceremony date.

The amount of tickets you are able to purchase differs depending on how busy your ceremony is, see the table below for full details:

  • 10.30am ceremony - 2 tickets per student
  • 1.30pm ceremony - 2 tickets per student
  • 4pm ceremony - 1 ticket per student
10am Thursday 21 November 5pm Friday 22 November

Friday 13 December

  • All ceremonies - 2 tickets per student
10am Friday 22 November 5pm Saturday 23 November

 

When extra ticket sales open, you will need to log in to NottinghamHub and click on the graduation tile, and select the option to purchase extra tickets.

Important information:

  • Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are, unfortunately, not guaranteed. The number of tickets you can purchase will depend on how busy your ceremony is.
  • Tickets cost £24 each, and payment can only be made by card.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and are for your use only. It is your responsibility to purchase the correct tickets for your ceremony. See our terms and conditions (1.5) for more information.

If any tickets remain after this round of sales, they will be available to purchase in person on the day of your ceremony. Please note that payment on the day will also be by card only.

Live stream

Ceremonies will be streamed live at East Midlands Conference Centre, for those who would like to attend but don't have a ticket. The live stream will also be available to view on our website.
