Stolen cards 

If your card has been stolen, please email the University Card team as soon as possible so that we can make sure the stolen card is blocked, preventing unauthorised use. This is your responsibility under the terms and conditions of university card use. 

If you have a crime number, email us at the address below so we can issue you a replacement card. Please include your full name, student ID number, and crime number.

Faulty cards 

Please bring your card to the Security Office at the rear of Hallward Library on University Park Campus so that we can check it and issue a new one if required. The office is open Monday – Friday, 8:00am-3.45pm.
