Edward and Margaret Leafe Scholarship
For students from a lower-income background studying in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine or the School of Biosciences
The Edward and Margaret Leafe Scholarship provides financial support for students from lower income families studying in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine or the School of Biosciences.
If you are chosen for this award, you will receive funding throughout the course to support your time at the University of Nottingham and you won't have to pay it back after you graduate.

*Students who have completed a foundation course initially then taken an eligible route to apply for an eligible course in the School of Bioscience will, if successful, have their foundation year award paid retrospectively. Other Bioscience student must apply in year 1, this being their year of entry to the University.
Applications for 2024/25 Edward and Margaret Leafe Scholarship open on Monday 23 September 2024.
Applications will be looked at once the closing date has passed and all applicants will be informed of the outcome of their application by email to their university email account within four weeks of the closing date.
