The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Future Insurer Scholarship
A scholarship for undergraduate students on selected degrees related to the insurance industry
The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Future Insurer Scholarship is a major award scheme for undergraduate students beginning selected degrees of relevance to the insurance industry in September 2024.
The Scholarship offers financial support totalling £16,500 each over three years to six academically able students from sections of the community who are traditionally under-represented in HE and aim to enter the insurance industry after graduation.
The scholarship will assist students with their essential living costs and reduce the tuition fee for which they are liable. This will be achieved through an annual award towards living costs of £3,500 in addition to a contribution towards the student’s tuition fee of £2,000 every year for up to three years.
Students will be required to provide an annual statement to the donor reporting on their progress and explaining the extent to which the Scholarship has supported them during the academic year.
The Scholarship is funded by The Education and Training Trust of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
Applications for the 24/25 academic year are currently closed.
