Dr Alan Chamberlain takes up Visiting Academic position at University of Oxford

Dr Alan Chamberlain has taken up a position as a Visiting Academic working with Professor De Roure at the University of Oxford, focusing on music, technology and creativity. Dr Chamberlain said, “It’s been a fantastic opportunity to work in such a prestigious centre, we’re developing some really innovative and exciting research projects.”

Last week saw Dr Alan Chamberlain present research at the Music of Sound Symposium held at the University of Oxford’s world leading e-Research Centre. The interdisciplinary symposium was held in order to bring together a range of academics and artists to present and discuss their work in relation to sonification.
