Your duties will include administering the university’s mobile device fleet, co-ordinating purchases/delivery, managing queries, processing regular supplier invoices and credit notes for passing to Finance, and collating and submitting a number of monthly recharge journals to Finance for processing.

Please specify in your application if you wish to work part time and the number of preferred hours. Job share arrangements may also be considered.

Requests for secondment from internal candidates may be considered on the basis that prior agreement has been sought from both your current line manager and the manager of your substantive post, if you are already undertaking a secondment role.

Please note that from 1st May the salary scale for this level will increase to £23,736 to £26,608.

Our university is a supportive, inclusive, caring and positive community.
