Our online Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses are designed to help you influence your everyday business communication and achieve your workplace goals. CPD is key in many careers and can often open the doors to progression or even help you break through into a new field. We offer a range of flexible online courses to help you become a communication expert at your own pace. 

The current CPD offering is provided by Linguistic Profiling for Professionals (LiPP) – our research and business unit who specialise in enhancing workplace communication, leadership and teamwork strategy based in the School of English.

Opportunities for Further Study

If you wish to continue your studies you are able to use this course to build towards a Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert), Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) or even a Master of Arts Degree (MA) in Professional Communication.

If you wish to use your CPD course for recognition of prior learning for a PGCert, PGDip or MA please note that entry requirements will apply (MA).
