Dr Aris Georgopoulos wrote an invited Op-ed in the Greek daily "TA NEA" about the role that Artificial Intelligence (AI) can play in the public sector reform process in Greece. Dr Georgopoulos argues that AI is a tool not a panacea for reforming the labyrinthine administrative process in Greece and that the administrative process for simplification should be viewed as a distinct policy effort before the deployment of AI solutions.
