Sue Arrowsmith presents at the Nordic Public Procurement Forum 2023, Copenhagen

Professor Sue Arrowsmith KC (hon) was again keynote speaker at the Nordic Public Procurement Forum, the largest privately-hosted public procurement conference in the Nordic countries. This year’s event was held from 21st-23^rd November in Copenhagen, attracting an audience of regulators, lawyers and purchasing professionals from across Europe.

As well as providing her usual in-depth analysis of new developments in the case law, Professor Arrowsmith presented a session on the ongoing research for her next book, co-authored with Professor Luke Butler of the PPRG, which offers a critical examination of the conceptual foundations of EU procurement law and makes recommendations for putting future development of the law on a sounder conceptual footing.
