Dr Matthew Windsor presented a paper titled ‘Prefiguring Policy Space: Beyond Cruel Optimism?’ at the inaugural Critical Legal Geography conference at the Castello del Valentino, Turin (21-23 February 2024). The conference brought together transdisciplinary scholars to discuss the mutual constitution of space and law, broadly conceived. The programme is available here.
