University Mental Health Day

From 4 - 15 March, the University of Nottingham are running a range of activities and events to support University Mental Health Day. The two weeks of events are designed to raise awareness of mental health and the support available as well as focusing on this year's theme of Sleep

Throughout the two weeks there will be opportunities for you to find out more about sleep and how it can affect your mental health, as well as ways to improve sleep.

Health and wellbeing support

Healthy U notice boards are available in all of our libraries with information about useful services and resources to support your health and wellbeing. 

We have also collaborated with Healthy U, University of Nottingham Health Service and the Counselling Service on a list of useful health and wellbeing resources and books.
