Art Appreciation and the School of Biomedical Sciences

We are very pleased to be involved in a new research project using art to enhance medical education by introducing drawing into dissecting room classes for medical students.  Read "Lessons from Leonardo" for further information.

Our collaboration with the artist Jo Berry is documented elsewhere on our website, where you can see examples of her work.

Finally, staff, students and visitors to the Medical School will have seen various artworks on display, produced by amateur artists in the University, as part of the Dean's Art Initiative.
