Microphenotron aims to develop an automatic image capture solution for high-throughput root imaging. A robot automatically selects and captures images of root systems at regular intervals.
Our software has been developed to analyse these images in real time, extracting meaningful traits despite the presence of a variety of possible phenotypes.
