We are very excited to offer first year undergraduate students the chance to explore the University’s Manuscripts and Special Collections. From Medieval manuscripts to Napoleonic War letters and DH Lawrence’s love letters, students will have a chance to see literature in the author’s own hands and learn more about using manuscripts in their research. There will also be the opportunity to speak to postgraduate students whose projects include manuscript research, as well as an Assistant Archivist to learn more about manuscript conservation.
