What you need to do
The steps below will help you navigate everything from registering for the big day to ordering your cap and gown, ensuring you're all set to make your graduation celebrations memorable!
1. Register for graduation
It's time to tell us how you would like to graduate. Registration is now open, and you must tell us your decision by 5pm on 7 June.

2. Hire your gown and hood
Your graduation would not be complete without the traditional cap and gown. Remember, you have until 1 July to order your gown in advance.

3. Plan your photography and video
Discover what photography and video will be available at your graduation. We know that capturing special moments of your day will be a priority!

4. Look out for extra tickets
Additional guest tickets may be available to purchase for your ceremony from 18-26 June. Visit our guest tickets page for more information.

5. Prepare for the day
It's time to start planning! Find information about the day itself, from the timings of the day to what occurs before, during and after your ceremony.

Keep checking your emails for any updates regarding your graduation. Your big day will be here before you know it!

To ensure we have your correct information, please log in to NottinghamHub with your university username and password, and check the following details are correct:
- Full name – this will be printed on your certificate. If this is incorrect, you will need to follow these instructions.
- Home address – this is the address we will send your certificate to
- Home email address – this is where we will send the email instructions and log in for you to download a copy of your certificate
You have until 5pm on 26 June to make changes to your name or address.
