Stephen Odell joined Council in August 2021.
Stephen was a senior automotive executive working for Ford Motor company and it’s subsidiaries for 38 years, around the world. Stephen retired in 2018 as an Executive Vice President of Ford. He lived in six countries around the world and led large parts of the Ford enterprise. He was CEO of Volvo cars, leading the sale to Geely, Senior Managing Director for Mazda Corporation operating out of Hiroshima, Japan and CEO of Ford of Europe, Middle East and Africa, leading major restructuring efforts to return the division back to profitability. Prior to his retirement, Stephen was EVP operating out of Michigan USA, responsible for all of Ford’s global Sales, Marketing and service operations. Stephen is currently non Executive Chairman of Accsys Technologies PLC.
