Biography

I am a Geography PhD researcher focusing on rewilding of freshwater environments, both in terms of social responses and environmental/ecological benefits since 2023. I previously completed my undergraduate degree in Environmental Sciences also in the School of Geography. After that I completed my Master's degree at the University College London in the Department of Geography, investigating the early impacts of Eurasian beavers on freshwater macroinvertebrates. I am interested in freshwater biodiversity and habitats, as well as the social value of conservation.

Research Summary

My current research focuses on understanding social and ecological responses to inform future rewilding practices in freshwater environments. My research combines both human and physical geography.
