Research Summary

My current research involves uncertainty quantification and calibration for models of cardio-vascular digital twins.

Past Research

My past research has involved the modelling, inference, and data analysis of ecological data. I have developed models for estimating parameters of population demographics and conducted large-scale meta-analyses on species fertility in response to temperature.

During my PhD, I developed a novel approach to modelling reindeer movement in continuous time. This work involved Bayesian inference on large, multidimensional time series datasets.
