Biography

Originally from and educated in Argentina, I have a background in Physics and Mathematics. My PhD focused on stochastic processes on random graphs, with applications in hard optimization problems and communication networks. After this, I did a postdoc in ICTP (Trieste, Italy) and was a fixed term Assistant Professor at Udelar (Montevideo, Uruguay). Currently, my research at the University of Nottingham focuses on Bayesian Inference in high-dimensional spaces, exploring theoretical limits and developing efficient algorithms for these models. Additionally, I have a long history on participating in popularization of science events.
