Current interests include how assessments and feedback provision impact students learning trajectory.
Past Research
A mixed methods health workforce development project on a national scale, designed to align pharmacist skills and competencies with role requirements and societal healthcare needs. This project highlighted policy implications of fit for purpose workforce development and the impact of collaboration.
Future Research
Future research themes would be around inter professional collaboration to share best practice and maximize patient outcomes.
