Expertise Summary

My research focuses on experimental semiconductor physics, quantum phenomena in semiconductor nanostructures, and their applications in functional electronic and optoelectronic devices. My major research activities include: study of quantum electronic, spintronic, microwave and optoelectronic effects in semiconductor devices based on novel 2D (graphene, van der Waals crystals), 0D (quantum dots, colloidal nanocrystals), and conventional 3D (III-V and Si) material systems.

Teaching Summary

Year 2. Experimental Physics

Year 3 Semiconductor Physics

Year 4 Quantum Transport
