Manuscripts and Special Collections (MSS)

Housed in purpose-built facilities MSS holds internationally important collections of early and rare documents as well as national archives. With specialist conservation and digitisation they make the collections as accessible as possible.

Students from different degrees use the wide-ranging material for research and coursework as well as volunteering for their exhibition and public engagement work.
