Description

This conference is open to all academic members of Nottingham University Business School in the UK, China and Malaysia, including doctoral students, teaching fellows, research assistants, and visiting professors.

Join your colleagues to share your research projects, get feedback on your working papers, and find opportunities for potential collaborations across the three campuses.

There are eight themes for the conference paper sessions

1. Digitalisation and Data Analytics
2. Emerging Markets, Consumer Behaviour and Global Strategy
3. Responsible Innovation and Management
4. Financial Markets: Governance and Practice
5. Sustainability, Supply Chain Resilience, Lean in Supply Chains
6. Accounting, Auditing, Accountability, and Risk
7. Future of Work, Employment and Organisation
8. Early Career Researcher (ECR) Stream

We invite three types of submissions

1. Full papers: typically 7,000-8,000 words
2. Mini papers: typically 3,000-4,000 words
3. Extended abstracts: typically less than 1,000 words

Word numbers are indicative and are not a limit.

Sessions

• There will be eight parallel paper sessions on 25th April 2024.
• The maximum time for one presentation (including discussion and Q&A) is 20 minutes.
• After 15 minutes of presentation, there will be one faculty discussant to give feedback on how to improve the paper and offer practical suggestions to bring the paper to the next level.

The submission deadline for full papers, mini papers, and extended abstracts is 15 March 2024.
