Research Topic:Investing in business growth a sensemaking approach to decision-making
Research Details:The objective of this research is to explore how founders of small companies who aspire to grow their business, make sense of their environment/options and then choose between alternative sources of finance. The proposal will bring together some of the key research in this area and suggest that a sensemaking approach may be a useful lens through which to explore the growth aspirations of founders
