Research Topic:
Impact of Leadership Behaviour on Employee Well-Being in Higher Education Institutions in Pakistan

Research Details:
Leadership as a phenomenon actually got attention by researcher and scholars due to study of history, the great man theory, where what leaders have done, and why they have done has been the main concern. History of leadership theories is the interesting story, comprising of evolving views on human traits, behaviors and processes how individuals acquire power at workplace (Brownell, 2010).Variety of leadership theories so far have been proposed due to diverse interpretation of the phenomenon, however, some of these overlap but still explaining some unexplored aspect of leadership. Therefore, my research aims to redefine new leadership theory that covers different leadership styles for various situations. This research aims to propose new version of full range leadership theory that covers missing components; instrumental leadership, community orientation etc.
