CeDEx at MayFest 2012

The Centre for Decision Research and Experimental Economics recently took part in the University of Nottingham’s MayFest celebration which took place on Saturday, 19 May 2012. Mayfest is the University’s Annual Community Open Day, when there is an opportunity for academic departments to explain what they do to the general public, with as much hands-on interaction as possible . The Centre ran two experiments, which had been devised by the Centre’s postgraduate students, both of which were suitable for all ages and for children and their parents to play together or separately. The day was very successful and the Centre hopes to be able to run similar stalls at future MayFests.
