Veterinary surgeons
The members of the veterinary profession are important stake-holders in the decision-making process involved in evidence-based veterinary medicine. Therefore it is very important to the CEVM that they have input into our research.
Veterinary surgeons have become involved in our research in a number of ways. To date this has been by participating in our initial practice-based research projects and answering a number of surveys about the profession and associated topics.
We need vets to tell us what research is important to the profession and what is currently missing (the evidence gap). There is also the opportunity to post BestBETs questions on our website www.bestbetsforvets.org.
