The University Chaplaincy team are able to support students and staff at Derby of all faiths or none. Please feel free to
get in touch for advice or a chat about anything you like - for example, personal issues, exploring faith or information on university or local faith groups.
Prayer facilities
Students and staff are very welcome to use the Faith Centre at the Royal Derby Hospital. These prayer facilities are available between 9am and 5pm on weekdays on the level one south corridor, near to the pharmacy. For out of hours access, please contact security staff of the hospital. Please wear your ID badges when accessing the Centre.
Jum'ah Prayers are held in the Prayer Room (a space for people of all faiths or none) on Fridays. There are washing facilities for men and women.
