Bookfest 2015
The Centre for Advanced Studies (CAS) would like to celebrate all the books written/edited by academics in the Arts and Social Science faculties during 2015. This is an opportunity for you to celebrate your writing whether for academics, students or the lay reader.
The 5th annual Bookfest, hosted by Professor Pat Thomson, Director of CAS, Professor Jeremy Gregory, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Faculty of Arts and Professor Todd Landman, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Faculty of Social Sciences, will be held on Tuesday 15 December at 3.00pm in Highfield House. Light refreshments will be available.
So if you are the author, co-author or editor of a book published between 1 January 2015 and 31 December 2015 please email Sue.Hopcroft@nottingham.ac.uk (Arts) or Nick.Wright@nottingham.ac.uk (Social Sciences) the full bibliographic details (including links to relevant websites) so that we can add to our catalogue, and let us know if you are able to attend on 15th December. Please also let us know of any prizes that you may have been awarded in respect of your book.
We will display all books and posters received but these will need to be sent to Sue Hopcroft/Nick Wright c/o CAS at Highfield House in advance. All books will be returned safely afterwards as in previous years.
