Dr Paul McGarr, Lecturer in American and Canadian Studies, has been awarded the Marjorie Kovler Research Fellowship at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library in Boston for 2014 in support of his project '‘Quiet Americans in India’ : Intelligence, Culture and Paranoia in US-South Asian Relations.
