Sharon Monteith appointed Scholar in Residence

Professor Sharon Monteith has  been appointed Scholar-in-Residence at the Center for the Study of Southern Culture at the University of Mississippi, Oxford, Mississippi. In April 2017, she will deliver a lecture “Diving off Bridges: The Radicalism of Disclosure in the Narration of Activism ” which will coincide with the Oxford Conference for the Book and begin a month-long  focus on the Radical South.
