Paul Gladston invited to present talks on contemporary art from China in Barcelona

Professor Paul Gladston has been invited to present three talks at universities in Barcelona during April 2017 on subjects related to contemporary art from China. 

• 18 April, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, ‘Inside the Yellow Box: Intervening on the Internationally Dominant Ideology of the Gallery Space’ (with Lynne Howarth-Gladston)
• 19 April, Universitat de Barcelona, ‘Critical Mass: Video Art from Shanghai and Hangzhou’ (with Lynne Howarth-Gladston)
• 20 April, Universitat de Barcelona, ‘(Bad) Faith in Painting(?): Critically Re-evaluating Yu Youhan’s Political Pop Series’

This adds to invited talks given by Paul at Edinburgh University and Stockholm University in 2016.
