Description

The department of Modern Languages and Cultures of the University of Nottingham is organising an online workshop for German as a foreign language on 8th September 2021.

The workshop will deal with the changes in the teaching and learning of German since 2020 in the context of British universities. There will be opportunities for group work and short presentations on best practice. We are also pleased to announce our keynote speakers:

  • Ute Keller-Jenkins and Christiane Günther from Swansea University who will talk about the intercultural workshop and the year abroad portfolio
  • PD Dr. Marion Grein from the University of Mainz who will talk about the motivation and challenges of digital learning
Part of the workshop will be dedicated to see if further collaborations can be established by participants. Further information can be found in the programme and timetable.
