Round Table with Carlos Alzugaray and Rafael Hernández, Cuba at the crossroads: where next?

Rafael Hernández is one of Cuba’s leading intellectuals and a major player in the formation of opinion, especially through the influential magazine which he directs (Temas) and the related monthly open form, Último Jueves. Carlos Alzugaray is a former Cuban diplomat, and now Cuba’s leading analyst of Cuban foreign policy.
