Biography

I lecture on the German Studies degree, teaching German as a Foreign Language across all undergraduate years, convening the Year 1 core language module German 1 for post-A-Level students of German as well as the Year 1 module Sex, Gender and Society in Modern Germany and the Year 2 module Leben und Arbeiten in Deutschland und Österreich.

I studied German and History with teacher training at the University of Vienna and the University of Nottingham, obtaining my Magister degree (MA) in 2019. My research and teaching interests and expertise lie in 20th century German language literature, gender studies and popular culture.
