Accommodation - please note that rooms at The Orchard Hotel or Cripps Hall of Residence can only be purchased at the special UKHTC Conference rates as an optional item during your conference on-line store registration until Wednesday 26 June 2019. Payment
The preferred and quickest method of payment is by debit/credit card and the online store automatically sends out a confirmation receipt of purchase when the transaction is complete. Bank transfers can only be accepted by special request no later than one month before the conference date and payment must be made in full at least 14 days before the conference date to guarantee admission. Purchase orders will be required to raise an official University of Nottingham invoice.
