During April we are encouraging our university community to boost their health and wellbeing by getting more active. Regular exercise has so many health benefits and it also gives us a break from study and work.
To help you stay active, HealthyU have collaborated with UoN Sport to host a Moves step challenge for the month of April. We invite you to take 240,000 steps across the month (averages 8,000 steps a day). All staff and students are welcome to take part.
Everyone who completes the challenge will receive 500 Moves bonus points and be entered into a prize draw for a student to win a £100 Amazon voucher (or Polaroid camera), and a staff member to win a £60 Amazon voucher. To take part simply download Moves, sign up (free) and join the challenge when it starts on 1st April 2025.
