How to submit coursework

The process for coursework submission has changed this academic year. Unless otherwise agreed, all hard copy coursework must be submitted at a Student Service Centre by 3pm on the day of the deadline.

There are eight Student Service Centres across our campuses, open Monday to Friday every day except public holidays and University closures. You will be able to hand your coursework in at any of these locations. In addition, there will be supplementary ‘pop-up’ submission points available during busy periods. These can be found in various school locations and at the George Green Library – the precise dates and locations are available on the coursework page of the Student Services website and this will be updated regularly.

On the day of submission, you should come prepared with your module code, which will be required for the coursework coversheet. Alternatively, a copy of the coursework submission coversheet can be printed from the Student Services website and filled in in advance, in order to avoid delays. Students in the Faculty of Engineering and the School of Physics and Astronomy will need to fill in an alternative coversheet, which can be found on the University website.

Please be reminded that, unless otherwise agreed by the School/Department and communicated in advance, you must submit hard copy coursework by 3pm on the day of the deadline.

The process that you will follow for collecting marked coursework will vary depending on the School/Department to which you belong. When marked coursework is ready to be collected, you will receive a communication from Service Centre staff on where and when it will be available.

To find out more about the coursework submission process, visit the Student Services website. For any questions, fill in the online enquiries form.
