New Student Service Centres - what does this mean for me?

You may have noticed a number of banners, posters and postcards across the University, advertising new Student Services Centres - but what does that actually mean for you?

From August 2016, we'll be introducing new Service Centres in various locations across our campuses and these will be your first port of call for any university related admnistrative task or query. You'll be able to get help and support for issues ranging from registering and enrolling on modules to viewing placements and making payments. Most importantly, no matter what campus you study or live on, you'll be able to access all support at any Service Centre.

You can find your new Service Centres at:

  • University Park Central
  • University Park East
  • Queen's Medical Centre
  • Jubilee Campus
  • Sutton Bonington

(You can view exactly where these are on the maps here)

Additionally, there will also be satelite offices at Royal Derby Hospital, City Hospital and Humanities Building on University Park providing specialised support to students.

Your new Service Centres will be accompanied by a new online self-service facility called MyNottingham. Click here for more information on your new Student Service Centres and MyNottingham.
