Alcohol Awareness Week 2018 runs from Monday 10 December until Friday 14 December.
As part of the week we will be sharing tips on how to cut down on alcohol consumption and stay safe while enjoying yourself over the holiday period.
You’ll be able to pick up a free alcohol unit measure glass from our stall in the Portland Building to help you get an idea of how many units you’re drinking.
Visit the stall on Tuesday 11 December, 12-2pm to get your free measure glass and lots of useful advice about staying safe.
