Information Services are currently recruiting new Student IT Tutors for the 2018/2019 academic year.
The position is open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students. You'll need excellent interpersonal and communications skills, and should be IT literate and familiar with a wide range of IT services offered by the University. Knowledge of using Windows 10, 8 or 7 and Apple Mac OS X is desirable.
The role will involve supporting other students with their IT requirements, including services, email, Office 365, WiFi and printing. Full training will be provided.
Successful applicants will be given an average of nine shifts at approximately 3 hours per shift, and will be paid £9.72 an hour.
