Online course to help with transition to university study

An online course is available to first year students and new starters who would like assistance with the transition to university study.

The course, ‘Your University Journey’ gives an insight into the amazing research that goes on at the University of Nottingham. If you’re a new starter at UoN, the course will help you get used to using things like library resources and reading lists. It will also give you the opportunity to meet fellow first years across the University’s campuses in the UK, China and Malaysia.

The course is made up of short units, each requiring just four hours of independent study. You will have plenty of time for your degree and your social life. So give it a go and give yourself a headstart on your university journey!
