Check your meal card balance on your phone

If you use a DailyBites meal card you can now check your balance at any time on your mobile device.

You can check your balance via the MyNottingham app. Just look for the ‘DailyBites’ tile on the home screen. If you’ve got a meal card, then your current balance should automatically appear when you access the tile.

Your balance is updated in real-time so you can always be confident that you’re not exceeding your allowance when purchasing food at one of our catering outlets. If you do have a problem accessing your allowance via the app, please report it by selecting ‘Find out more’ and ‘Let us know’ in the DailyBites tile.
