We have launched a new MyNottingham website offering online support during your time at the University of Nottingham.
The website is different to the MyNottingham app that you may already have installed on your mobile device, and you can continue using the app as you do today. Read on to find out what you can do on the MyNottingham website.
Updating personal information
You can use the MyNottingham website to check and update your personal details. View the Updating your personal information video to find out how to do this – remember to keep your personal details up to date.
Access the website at mynottingham.nottingham.ac.uk and log in with your University username and password.
If you’ve changed your personal details since the beginning of December 2018, the change may not be visible on the website yet, but it has been recorded and the website will be updated as a priority. If the update doesn't appear by Friday 15 February, please contact Student Services.
Submitting support requests
The new website offers a convenient way to request online support from Student Services and other departments. You can view the Support Requests page to find out about the types of support that can be requested using this website.
Many more features will be available soon, and we will advise as and when these features will be ready to start using.
