If you’re considering studying part of your degree at UNNC or other parts of China but are unable to speak any Mandarin, this course is for you. Survival Mandarin has been developed by NCI for those with little or no prior knowledge of the language. Not only will you learn useful phrases to meet some of your basic needs, but you will also gain practical advice for living in China. Survival Mandarin will enable you to get a taste of Chinese language and culture, helping you to settle in to your new environment.
The course is free and runs every Wednesday 12.30-13.30pm from Wednesday 6 March for 5 weeks in B12, Xu Yafen Building, Jubilee Campus. For more information, and to register, please visit the event page.
