The programme is intended to fund projects that benefit the student experience and uses donations from alumni and friends of the university. Since 2007 Cascade funding has given away more than £1,000,000 to more than 120 projects and applications are now being accepted for the next wave of funding.

This year the programme has identified key themes in support of the University’s strategy:

• Connect campuses and communities
• Encourage creativity and innovation
• Enhance teaching and learning experiences
• Promote environmental sustainability
• Advocate for global citizenship
• Promote healthy bodies and healthy minds

Applications must be completed by Friday 28 February 2020, although please note that the deadline for expressions of interest is Friday 14 February.
