Make sustainability a priority and earn rewards.
We’re committed to our university being truly sustainable and are taking a stand against climate change. We’ve pledged to become carbon neutral by 2040 and are on track to reduce our carbon emissions by more than half by 2030 - but we need you to join us in getting there. We’re facing a climate and nature emergency and it’s time to take action.
Green Rewards is an online platform where you can log sustainable activities, earn Green Points, win vouchers and make charitable donations. Not only are these actions great for the planet, many are also good for your health and help you save money too.
Last year, university staff and students logged an incredible 63,734 sustainable actions through Green Rewards. Together we saved 141,743 kg of carbon emissions - that’s equivalent to around 240 flights from London to New York!
Green Rewards also has a carbon calculator for tracking your environmental footprint to help you understand how your daily habits impact the environment and where you can make easy, positive changes.
